Sub-freezing temperatures created a frozen fountain in the back yard of KJAS Sales Director Debbie Foster on Monday morning.
This area had a huge temperature drop over the New Year’s weekend when the jet stream dipped far to the south and brought with it a flow of cold arctic air.
After hitting a high of 83° on New Year’s Day, we dropped to 29° at 1:18 Sunday afternoon, and we woke up to a low of 27° at 7:33 Monday morning.
Meanwhile, Tuesday morning is also predicted to be a cold one with temperatures in the upper 20’s.
