DALLAS — A 12-year-old girl was shot during what was believed to be a road rage incident Friday night.

The shooting happened around 10:15 p.m. at the InTown Suites located at 8201 Brookriver Dr.

The incident happened in the parking lot and officials say the girl was rushed to a local children’s hospital.

Her condition is unknown at this time.

Details are limited as the investigation is ongoing.
