SCHERTZ, Texas – A former Schertz school police officer has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for allegedly recording a teenage girl while she showered and changed in the bathroom.
Ricardo Aleman, 44, was investigated by Texas Rangers back on January 17 at his home in Converse for charges relating to the alleged ‘invasive video recording.’
According to court records, Aleman installed cameras inside the Converse home using wiring from inside the home’s attic. A relative of the victim found the photos and videos stored on an external hard drive in Aleman’s Schertz police patrol vehicle.
Aleman now faces 15 years in prison for producing child pornography.
