Joe Biden and his Vaccine Mandate are DOWN FOR THE COUNT!
Since day 1 of the Biden Presidency, AG Jeff Landry has been fighting back against the President’s  unconstitutional, illegal mandates. From masks to vaccines, AG Landry has been Louisiana’s stalwart in the name of freedom. 

Just this week, a federal court  halted the Biden Administration’s attempt to force COVID-19 vaccines on healthcare workers. Judge Terry Doughty ruled in favor of AG Landry’s request for a preliminary injunction against the CMS rule requiring the COVID shot on nearly every full-time employee, part-time employee, volunteer, and contractor working at a wide range of healthcare facilities receiving Medicaid or Medicaid funding.
