CHAMBERS COUNTY — Chambers County deputies have detained two suspects in an exotic sports car reported stolen in Florida.

The owner of a Lamborghini Gallardo contacted Chambers County Dispatch and requested assistance, according to S.O.

Deputies responded quickly and located the stolen Lamborghini Gallardo westbound on Interstate 10 near Winnie on Monday afternoon. The Sheriff’s Office detained two suspects.

The Gallardo was last produced in 2013, and according to the company, its engine could produce more than 500 horsepower and the car sold new for more than $200,000
