Thankful for the Crew Chief in the Sugar Land Parks and Recreation Department

The City of Sugar Land is so incredibly thankful to have rockstar employees like Eddie, that go above and beyond to serve the Sugar Land residents! Eddie is a Crew Chief in our Parks and Recreation Department, which means he oversees the maintenance of Eldridge Park, City Park, and several neighborhood Parks. Eddie performs a wide variety of tasks in his parks from plumbing and irrigation repairs, to rebuilding fences, picking up trash, drainage repairs, cleaning restrooms, trimming trees, repairing soccer goals, welding, and monitoring the parks! While at Cullinan Park on a Friday, Eddie noticed a person in need and helped to change her tire and jump-start her vehicle so that she would not be left in the park. He wasn’t prompted – just offered to help a neighbor in need! ♥️ Eddie, thank you for being an exemplary demonstration of the Sugar Land Way, the City of Sugar Land is so proud of you!
