PORT NECHES, Texas — Drivers in Port Neches are being asked to use caution around an ongoing pipeline construction project from the Nederland Phillips 66 Terminal near Highway 366 east toward Highway 365 and Port Neches-Groves High School.

Construction may also impact streets near the PN-G High School campus as well as the school’s parking lot adjacent to the athletic fields.
