ATV reported stolen out of a Jasper hunting camp

The owner of an all-terrain vehicle has reported it stolen from a hunting club. A Jasper County Sheriff’s Department report states that a blue and black Can Am Maverick 1000 side-by-side was found missing on Sunday, September 19th from the Big Creek Hunting Club on County Road 317 near Kirbyville.

The owner, Jonathan Wayne Johnson, of Kountze, told deputies that it had been taken at some point in the preceding week.

It was noted that the ATV was loaded with numerous aftermarket items, including a winch, stereo sound system, custom lights, and many other accessories.
