
The Orange County Narcotics Unit and the Vidor Police department seized a seven kilograms of cocaine during a traffic stop Tuesday morning.
Around 6:30 a.m., police stopped a Nissan Armada that was eastbound on Interstate 10. Officers found a hidden compartment underneath the vehicle containing large amounts of cocaine, according to a news release from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
The vehicle’s two occupants were arrested for a first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
They were taken to the Orange County Jail, according to the news release.
